By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Use of the site

If you access the site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The site and Services may not be available in all countries.

Eligibility

You represent that you: (a) are above the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services; and (c) have full authority to enter into these Terms.

By submitting content to the site, you grant Tangible a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content worldwide.

Tangible content

All materials on the site (including graphics, text, logos, and software) are the property of Tangible and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Content may not be used to train AI or automated processing software without permission.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANGIBLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $10.00 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Tangible and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Tangible may terminate access to the site and Services at any time without notice.

Arbitration

Disputes between you and Tangible may be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

Right to opt out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first using the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
