Reporting

Tangible's unified data layer lets you filter and scope project data to match specific reporting requirements without redoing the underlying work.

Scoping for standards

Toggle between scopes dynamically — no need to lock in a scope at the start of a project.

Custom scopes — Request a new scope if your organization or jurisdiction needs a configuration not listed above.

Creating a report

  1. Admin setup — In Settings, enable the standards relevant to your organization.
  2. Select scope — On the project page, choose the standard from the dropdown.
  3. Review — A filtered report view opens, scoped to the selected standard.
  4. Download — Export the data or capture the report for documentation.

Portfolio aggregation

Carbon data aggregates at the portfolio level for cross-project benchmarking.

  • Workspace defaults — Lifecycle scope controlled by Admin settings.
  • Published work — Publish or unpublish projects or versions to control what appears in portfolio views and averages (for example, exclude drafts or outliers by unpublishing). Details: Project Versions — published vs. draft.
  • Filter by attributes — Asset Type, Location, Data Source, Design Stage, Structure Type.
  • Decarbonization chart — Plots projects on a timeline toward 2045 net-zero targets.
  • Data export — Structured portfolio data for ESG reports or sustainability audits.
